Chocolate is comfortable at all gaits: walks big with a sexy swagger, has a perfect, balanced trot and a touring canter you can sit & enjoy. Veteran rider Lindsay Norris has come back more than once to ride this gentleman of a stallion.

I have been riding for 40 years and had ridden stallions in arenas and in the show ring but had never ridden one on the trail so I was excited when Mary Jane offered to let me ride Chocolate. I can honestly say that I never feel fear when riding but I was wondering how the stallion would react when encountering mares. Chocolate was gentle and honest and a joy to ride, I always felt I was in control even when we passed by mares along the trail.
